The mission of 7 Brown Farms is to share the best quality black angus protein meats and complementary farm to table products reared from optimal Angus pastures within the American Midwest.   Our goal is the same now as when it started nearly seven generations ago in the Ozark foothills – to provide you with the best red meat recipes without compromise.

We believe listening to Mother Nature is the best advice when sourcing performance proteins fresh from its preferred harvest source. If you want the best price to value red meat available within the lower 48 states, USDA prime and high yield black angus from America’s heartland is hard to beat.  That’s why most major meat purveyors or bundle brokers seek to source Midwest beef that is pasture-raised and usually grain-finished.
