Mobile Food Ordering a Steak Direct Off the Farm

Ordering direct from 7 Brown Farms is a white glove service by appointment, pickup, or direct shipping for several reasons.  First, our farm to table location is rural, outside most UberEats, DoorDash VIP, TryHungrey, or MealsNow driver pickup service areas.  Second, most third-party driver systems are not set up with a frozen meat coolers, reefer vans, or bulk meat deliveries.  Third, because frozen beef is perishable, a driver can refund you or return your order - even if routes, weather, or traffic got in the way.

So, here's what you can do, ranked in order by what has worked best for Farmer Brown, and others who have purchased great proteins without delay for their table.  Complete a direct online order, or text what you're hoping to deliver, to Farmer Brown for an arranged appointment delivery within the Metro Saint Louis region.  Make sure that you can agree to any bulk meat delivery windows that we may propose for you or your family.  Ideally, this includes knowing how much meat would be best to receive, and exactly where it is to be delivered once it is enroute.

If an appointment delivery cannot be easily made, then Plan B is to meet us for a farm pickup appointment on a time that works better for you.  If you take this path, please ensure that you have a cooler large enough to transport your goods home.  7 Brown Farms is located just one hour south of most Metro Saint Louis locations, and we are happy to provide more recommendations about weekend activities or retail services along the way around Ste. If Plan A, or Plan B, will not work - then Plan C is direct carrier shipping by box using United Parcel Service.  Ordering a gift box is usually limited to ten pounds of meat, in order to ship it right by UPS Ground or Air, starting on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.  Generally, we would prefer a white glove delivery over 
a weekend carrier shipment.

One final thought - many of our customers plan to share their beef with their extended families, friends, or neighbors to enjoy.  Oftentimes, a craft beef order can be rolled together for a better delivery or value by sharing the order needs together - in a larger cooler, or delivered to a neighbor that could take your order when you may not be home, etc.  Premium beef is one of those special items that families want to share.
