This mixed beef bundle of 100 lbs of black angus delicious ships in two, 50 lb boxes for delivery midweek after our Monday pack outs.  Secured with dry ice, tracked via Periship, it will typically arrive by Fedex Ground within 1-3 week days still frozen and guaranteed fresh.  This is typically enough quality meat for up to four months of meal shares, including a mixture of premium cuts, ground beef, and extra rounds.
