Every one of our calves are carefully tracked from birth to finish, and never blended with other cattle with less records. Our feeder cattle were never imported and remain on our farm pastures and small fields for their entire lives until their one last day. By working with local craft butcher processors, our cattle can also be harvested fresh without any industrial feedlots, long-haul bull wagon trips, or overnight stressors.
